This website presents the work and services of Khila Creatives, Kigali, Rwanda. Contact khilacreatives@gmail.com or +250 795 043 936. Browsing or sending an enquiry does not create a design, construction or supply contract.
Portfolio and project status
Images may be design proposals, competition entries or computer-generated visualisations. They do not establish completion, planning approval, property availability or an offer to sell. Earlier individual contributions and CGI-only roles are identified with their project captions. Client names and marks identify project relationships and remain the property of their owners.
Design services and quotations
Scope, fees, taxes, programme, revisions, responsibilities, supervision, furniture supply and payment terms are agreed separately in writing before an engagement begins. Website package descriptions are indicative scopes, not binding quotations. Design and build, manufacturing and sourcing depend on agreed responsibilities and supplier terms.
Drawings and marketing artwork
Portfolio drawings are for viewing and are not issued for construction, procurement or fabrication. Downloadable campaign artwork is a demonstration of design capability; obtain project-owner permission and verify claims, image rights, availability and production specifications before publication or printing.
Intellectual property
Khila Creatives and the credited creators retain rights in their work. You may view and share links to the website. Reproduction, alteration, commercial reuse or removal of credits requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
External links and accuracy
External providers operate independently. We aim to keep the portfolio accurate; please report errors to our email address. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. A signed project agreement governs commissioned work.
