What this website collects
You can browse the portfolio without creating an account or completing a form. The site code does not include advertising pixels, analytics, session recording, profiling or a mailing-list signup. Hosting and security providers may process technical request data, such as IP address, browser details and request time, to deliver and protect the website.
If you contact us
Email, telephone, WhatsApp and Telegram links open your chosen provider. Share only your name or preferred contact, a brief project description and the location or scope needed for an initial response. Please do not send identification documents, financial details or confidential client drawings in a first enquiry. We use the information you send to respond and discuss the services you request; sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Providers and international processing
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure. External messaging and social platforms apply their own privacy policies when you choose to use them. These services may process information outside Rwanda. Their technical logs and retention are controlled by the relevant provider; this notice does not assert a particular hosting location or retention period.
Retention and choices
Enquiry information is kept for the time needed to respond, follow up on your request and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Project records are governed by the agreed engagement and applicable law. You may ask us to explain the retention period applying to your enquiry, correct information, restrict processing, or delete information that is no longer required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, object to processing where applicable, and withdraw consent for consent-based use. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the details above; we may request proportionate information to verify a request. You may raise a complaint with Rwanda’s Data Protection and Privacy Office at dpo.gov.rw. No automated decisions or profiling are implemented by this website.
